Are you an experienced IT professional with strong 3rd line support experience and a knack for solving complex technical problems? Join our Cape Town-based team supporting clients across the UK, US, Europe, Asia, and South Africa both remotely and onsite.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, highly technical, and collaborative environment. Beyond day-to-day support, you’ll contribute to exciting infrastructure projects, upgrades, presales work, and more. We’re big on continuous learning and offer a supportive space for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st to 3rd line support to a global client base via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Troubleshoot on-prem and cloud Microsoft technologies and 3rd party apps
  • Perform onsite visits (SA clients), hardware support, and liaise with vendors
  • Collaborate on project delivery with the professional services team
  • Document systems and network configurations
  • Support presales, project scoping, and solution design
  • Deliver exceptional client service, going above and beyond when needed

Examples of Work:

  • Building Hyper-V high-availability environments
  • Deploying advanced network security appliances
  • Upgrading legacy server environments
  • Troubleshooting network performance
  • Designing and deploying new office networks
  • Managing infrastructure change requests

Skills & Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy
  • Strong networking (VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, IP routing, cybersecurity)
  • Wireless networking, SIP/IP telephony, and endpoint protection
  • Virtualisation (Hyper-V), backup solutions (e.g., Veeam, MSP360)
  • Windows Server & OS, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS (GCP a plus)
  • Experience with compliance documentation and user training

Desirable:

  • Certifications in Microsoft 365, Fortigate, HP, SonicWall, Dell
  • Autotask PSA and RMM tool experience
  • SharePoint configuration
  • Project management or presales experience
