Business Systems Analyst (CRIMS)

Purpose of the Role: As a Systems Analyst you will collaborate with teams across Operations, Trading, and Investments to support and enhance data and trade processes. Your role involves analysing systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse front office applications (CRD, CRIMS) to support trading and data management needs.
- Document workflows and processes for clear understanding and consistency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot data and trading solutions.
- Research and implement new tools to improve system efficiency and scalability.
- Assist with process enhancements and handle business-as-usual queries.
- Configure and test system changes in development environments.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for front office trading solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, IT, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business/systems analysis.
- Experience with Charles River (CRIMS) or trade support.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
