Service Provisioning Team Leader
The purpose of this role is to competently manage staff and workflows whilst maintaining the highest level of client service and quality. Service Provisioning Team Leader is to centralise the management of new, changed and cancelled services for our customers, ensuring that all such cases and requests are proactively driven and actively worked. The Service Provisioning Team Lead will ensure that new service requests requiring more comprehensive coordination or project management are appropriately flagged, assigned and managed, working closely with the PMO and other internal service driven and technical departments.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a Service Provisioning / Onboarding or Service Delivery function
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Engineering or MCSE/MCP/CCNA certification or qualifications are desirable
- ITIL v3 Foundation desirable
- Conversational knowledge of PSTN, ADSL, FTTC, FTTP, Unified Comms, VoIP, O365 and Microsoft Azure
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Excellent communication skills with good time management
- Proven experience in planning and budgeting
