A great opportunity to join an IT Managed Services Provider as a 3rd Line Support Engineer! In this role, you will provide remote and onsite support to international clients while also working on projects, maintenance, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.

What You’ll Need:

3-4 years of 3rd Line Support experience (strong 2nd Line Engineers transitioning to 3rd Line will also be considered).
MSP experience is a big advantage – supporting multiple clients across various industries and time zones.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

Microsoft: Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS.
Networking: VLANs, VPNs, Fortigate/SonicWall Firewalls, IP Routing, Cyber Security.
Virtualization: Hyper-V (VMware experience is a plus).
Cloud Technologies: Microsoft 365, Azure (essential), AWS & Google Cloud (preferred).
Backup Solutions: Veeam, MSP360, LiveVault (cloud & on-premises).
Infrastructure Maintenance & Monitoring: Proactive monitoring, alerts, system integrity checks.
Enterprise Endpoint Protection Services
SIP/IP Telephony Systems: Strong understanding of VoIP setups.
Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Certifications & Tools (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

Microsoft 365, HP, Fortigate, SonicWall, Dell Certifications.
Experience with Autotask PSA and RMM tools.
Exposure to Project Management & Presales.

Ability to document systems and processes.
Flexibility with working hours – covering both UK and SA shifts.
