Join a dedicated team providing 3rd line platform and infrastructure support for a major UK client. You’ll manage and maintain cloud and on-prem platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and security, while working closely with service integrators, support specialists, vendors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incidents, changes, and risk with timely escalation and communication
- Maintain documentation and configuration data up to standard
- Deliver 3rd line incident diagnosis, resolution, and project implementation
- Work within ITIL-based service management frameworks and SLAs
- Collaborate across teams and vendors for innovative solutions
- Provide out of hours support on a rotational standby basis
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years 3rd line support experience
- AZ-800 and AZ-700 certifications required; AZ-104 and O365 desirable
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
- Experience with Azure VMware, Windows Servers, Active Directory, SQL, virtualization, networking, PowerShell, and Linux
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
Working Hours:
- Out of hours standby cover on rotation
- Overtime and public holiday work compensated accordingly
