Are you a growth-driven marketer with a passion for AI and automation? We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to accelerate monthly recurring revenue and drive exponential growth in B2B SaaS.

What You’ll Do:

Rapidly scale the adoption of AI-powered products, setting appointments and closing deals.
Develop and optimise growth channels, leveraging cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
Manage Apollo.io for outbound automation, deal tracking, and pipeline management.
Refine messaging on websites, collateral, and landing pages to boost conversions.
Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure successful customer setup and long-term retention.
Work closely with product teams, gathering customer insights to shape new features and refine product-market fit.
Continually test, measure, and refine strategies, applying an 80/20 approach to maximise revenue impact.
Track key metrics (appointments set, MRR closed, retention) and report insights to leadership.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing and lead generation.
Proficiency in Apollo.io for outbound email campaigns and CRM management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive, customer-centric messaging.
A self-starter mindset, prioritising channels that drive the fastest path to revenue.
Expertise in growth marketing strategies, including lead generation, funnel optimisation, and multi-channel campaigns.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Senja.io, Google Analytics, and AI-driven automation platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and leadership teams.
