Group Brand Marketing Manager
Are you a strategic marketing leader ready to make your mark in the financial sector? An established investment firm is seeking a Group Brand Marketing Manager to lead its Brand & Advertising team in Cape Town.
In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the brand vision across both retail and institutional channels, manage high-impact advertising campaigns, and oversee all branded touchpoints, across traditional and digital. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, manage budgets, lead research initiatives, and ensure all marketing efforts align with legislative and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and inspire a team of brand managers
- Oversee creative campaigns and media placements
- Manage agency relationships and campaign delivery
- Guide brand research and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with digital, content, and client-facing teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Mentor and develop your team
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Commerce or Marketing
- 8+ years’ experience in brand, media, and advertising
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong track record in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Experience with consumer research and agency management
- Strategic mindset and collaborative spirit
- Experience working in Financial Services, Fintech, Investment or asset management would be advantageous
