We are looking for a skilled End User Workspace Specialist to join an international IT Managed Services team. In this role, you will provide expert advice and technical support for End User Computing and Microsoft 365 services. You will lead the implementation and configuration of End User Workspace solutions, serving as a subject matter expert for client infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical resolution to client issues raised in tickets.
Lead specialist fourth-line support and design new services.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Digital Workplace, engaging with other specialist areas to understand requirements and mitigate risks.
Keep technical skills up to date in the fast-paced End User Workspace environment.

Requirements:

Professional qualification in a relevant field or extensive experience in End User Workspace.
Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications. E.g. Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Information Protection Administrator Associate, Teams Voice Engineer Expert, Enterprise Administrator Expert
Extensive technical support experience in a large organization.
Expertise in identity management and IAM solutions.
Experience implementing, managing, and supporting End User Workspace solutions.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and automation tools.
Extensive knowledge of core End User Workspace technologies and key technology providers.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their applicability.
Experience developing End User Workspace solutions in a large Public Sector organisation.
