We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to join a Marketing team in Financial Services. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Purpose of the Role: You will champion their brand through strategic initiatives, creating relevant and purpose-driven content that enhances stakeholder engagement and strengthens understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide communication support by managing speaking opportunities and evolving content to meet client needs.
Develop and manage internal and external communication channels.
Serve as content manager for written and video materials, overseeing production, strategy, and execution.
Oversee marketing material production, including monthly/quarterly reports.
Manage PR processes to increase brand visibility and align with business objectives.

Skills and Experience:

Excellent project management, writing, and editing skills.
Proficient in MS 365, OneDrive, and Acoustic.
Experience writing for financial markets, with a strong understanding of asset management and banking.
Client-centric with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial sector.

Competencies:

Attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
