Responsibilities:

Platform Management: Collaborate to maintain and manage platforms ensuring stability, performance, and security.
Documentation: Uphold high-quality standards.
Service Management: Follow ITIL-based policies.
Change Management: Document and plan changes, patches, and upgrades.
Configuration Data: Keep data current and accurate.
Incident Management: Manage incidents with timely escalation.
Risk Management: Handle issues and risks effectively.

Skills and Experience:

Education: Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken skills.
Customer Service: Positive, enthusiastic, and supportive attitude.
Incident Resolution: Ability to take ownership and resolve issues.
Teamwork: Work well under pressure and support team members.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical fault-finding and effective keyboard skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and rapport-building abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Microsoft Azure AZ-104 and O365.

Technical Expertise:

Azure: AVS support, Microsoft Azure, Intune.
Security: Anti-Virus solutions (Windows Defender, Sophos, Trend, Symantec).
Servers: Windows Servers (2012, 2016, 2019, Azure), On-prem and Azure AD, Microsoft SQL Server.
Email: Understanding of Exchange (2010-2019, Office 365).
Virtualization: VMWare, Hyper-V.
Backup: Cloud-based (Asigra), on-prem (Veeam).
Monitoring: Platforms like OMS and N-able.
Office 365: Extensive experience.
Networking: Azure Networking (NSG, VNETs, VPNs).
Scripting: PowerShell.
Linux: Server administration (Ubuntu, Redhat).
