Lead a team of senior IT professionals in delivering technical support services to multiple international customers according to SLAs. Ensure the team has clear objectives and deliverables, drive a high level of productivity in day-to-day operations in order to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and quality of service.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Minimum 5 years leadership experience
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience working in IT
  • Strong technical background

Qualifications

  • ITIL foundation
  • Technical certification (MCSE/MCITP, VCP, CCA, etc.)
  • Leadership/Management certification or diploma
  • IT related degree or diploma (Desirable)

Working Hours         

  • Cover core UK hours as required
  • Be available as after-hours escalation point if required
  • Work overtime when required and approved
  • Be willing to work some SA public holidays in return for overtime remuneration or time in lieu
