Job Role Overview:

As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to our clients based in the UK, SA, Europe, Asia, and the US. This role involves both remote support and on-site visits, troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues, and collaborating with senior engineers on projects and complex issues.

 

Skills and Experience Required:

 

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft technologies (Windows, Server, Active Directory, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (M365 Suite, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • Understanding of network technologies (VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, etc.)
  • Experience with backup technologies and virtualization
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, HP, Fortigate) are desirable
  • Experience with Mac OS, Autotask PSA and RMM, Microsoft SharePoint, and project management is a plus
