Support Engineer (3rd Line)

Job Role Overview:
As a 3rd Line Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to our clients based in the UK, SA, Europe, Asia, and the US. This role involves both remote support and on-site visits, troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues, and collaborating with senior engineers on projects and complex issues.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft technologies (Windows, Server, Active Directory, etc.)
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (M365 Suite, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Understanding of network technologies (VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, etc.)
- Experience with backup technologies and virtualization
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365, HP, Fortigate) are desirable
- Experience with Mac OS, Autotask PSA and RMM, Microsoft SharePoint, and project management is a plus

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Flexibility to work on an on-call rota and occasional travel
