Our client a global managed IT services company is looking for Tier 3 remote HPE or Sun Oracle Service Desk (Storage) expert to join their growing company.

Missions:
• Leads and is responsible for the complete L3 incident management process.
• Provide extensive coverage 8×5 UK hours.

Business Description:
• Storage HPE and Sun Oracle with SLAs
• Document each new case processed in the knowledge base
• Maintaining high level of skills through training and certifications in line with this position
• Performs technical audits and analyzes risks on sensitive operations
• Travels to the customer site during critical operations

Profile:
• Technical expertise in HPE and/or Sun Oracle storage infrastructures
• HPE (Servers and Storage) or Oracle Sun (Server and Storage) certifications required
• 5-7 years’ relevant experience (preferred, not prerequisite)
• Good level of English (spoken, written, read)
• Self-training skills
• Good listening and communication skills

The position allows you to work remotely in South Africa. If you are not a SA citizen you will need to have a valid SA work permit.
