Are you ready to take the lead in cloud and infrastructure support? Join our team as a Senior Platform & Compute Engineer and help us deliver seamless, high-availability services across enterprise and private cloud environments.

What You’ll Do

Ensure server, storage, network, and hypervisor uptime through proactive maintenance and best practices.
Tackle incidents, problems, and change requests, serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
Collaborate with project and service delivery teams to onboard new customers and technologies.
Support 24/7 operations, including on-call rotation for critical incidents.
Drive process improvements and mentor junior engineers.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and provide clear updates to customers.

What You Bring

3+ years’ experience supporting cloud platforms (Azure, VMware, Hyper-V) and enterprise storage (Dell, HPE, IBM, EMC, Huawei, Hitachi).
Strong background in server hardware, backup, DR technologies, and Windows Server administration.
Experience with SAN Fabric Switches and O365/M365 deployment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organisational skills.
A proactive, client-focused mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
