Looking for a hands-on Senior 3rd Line Azure Engineer to join a team supporting international clients remotely. You’ll be the go-to expert for resolving complex Azure issues and delivering technical projects on time, all while working within clear SLAs and KPIs.

What you’ll be doing:

Take charge of diagnosing and fixing tough Azure incidents with a focus on cloud technologies.
Work closely with service desks, other tech teams, vendors, and customers to get things sorted fast.
Keep SLA promises by staying ahead and communicating clearly.
Bring fresh ideas by teaming up with vendors to find better solutions.
Help improve our services and collaborate across teams to make things better.
Write clear technical docs and user guides to help everyone stay on the same page.

What you’ll need:

Azure certifications like AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-140, AZ-305 and ITIL v3/v4 Foundation.
5-10 years’ experience working with Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
Deep knowledge of Azure services: Virtual Machines, Key Vaults, Networking, Azure AD/MFA, Load Balancers, Backups, and more.
