Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, taking ownership after initial lead qualification. From discovery calls and product demos to negotiations and finalizing deals, you’ll play a crucial role in introducing cutting-edge solutions to new markets. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and use structured sales processes to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the sales process post-connect call to closing, collaborating with SDRs to maximize potential.
- Conduct discovery calls, present solutions, and perform platform demos for prospects.
- Use our structured sales playbook to ensure a streamlined and consistent pitch.
- Maintain meticulous sales records and follow up with leads using our CRM platform.
Your Performance Will Be Measured By
- Revenue: Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Data Management: Maintaining accurate and organized CRM data.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar sales role within a SaaS company, with B2B software sales experience.
- Sales Track Record: A history of achieving sales targets and familiarity with structured playbooks like MEDDIC.
- Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of platforms such as Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and CRM systems is a plus.

- Ambitious, resilient, and self-motivated with a strong “hunter” mentality.
- Comfortable with outreach, managing rejections, and following up with leads.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand technical concepts and explain them effectively to clients.
- Results-driven with a bias for action and a creative problem-solving mindset.
