Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communication Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to promote the brand to target audiences.
  • Collaborate across departments to align communication strategies with organizational goals.

 Media Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local, national, and international media.
  • Coordinate media interviews, events, and provide day-to-day support to the appointed PR agency.

Content Creation

  • Craft engaging corporate content for press releases, reports, and social media platforms.

 Digital and Social Media Management

  • Manage corporate social media accounts, ensuring execution of planned strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage emerging digital platforms.

Event Coordination

  • Plan and implement communication strategies for events and promotional activities.
  • Ensure seamless integration of messaging across all events.

Internal Communications

  • Foster effective communication within the organization to ensure alignment with key messaging.

Measurement and Analysis

  • Use analytics tools to measure the success of communication strategies.
  • Provide quarterly reports with insights on the impact of communications efforts.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in communications, media relations, content creation, and social media management.

 

Skills & Attributes:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
