- Take the lead on corporate customers
- Develop effective account strategies to maximise customer value and profitability.
- Ensure customer satisfaction as the golden thread through all customer engagements
- Influence customers at all levels to articulate the solutions and value proposition to generate demand.
- Develop and grow the profitability in the corporate customer portfolio.
- Effectively use sales tools to maintain the highest standards of forecasting
- Maintain the high governance standard to assure the integrity of all business relationships
- Display commercial acumen commensurate with the Account Manager role
- Display leadership qualities as an extension of the leadership team
- 3 – 5 years’ work experience
- At least 3 years’ work experience in Sales or similar environment
- General Qualification in Sales (Degree / Advanced Diploma)
- Honours / Postgraduate Diploma
