Main purpose:
Customer journey mapping of direct marketing campaigns across all direct channels and also manage the banner customer direct marketing calendar to ensure consistent and good customer engagement.


•Bachelors degree/ Marketing
•4+ years relevant experience in the field of direct marketing including campaign management and execution
•4+ years experience in Bulk Email Engines such as SAP Marketing Cloud, Watson Campaign Automation, SalesForce Marketing Cloud Experience in working with customer segmentation and building them

Knowledge and Skills:

•Proficiency in using marketing automation technology & tools
•Sound knowledge of customer segmentation and how to apply this to a customer growth strategy.
•Knowledge of setting up customer surveys and reporting on them
•Attention to detail is critical
•Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
•Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player
•Good time-management skills
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills familiarity with direct marketing analytics
•An ability to work under tight deadlines Direct Marketing Principles & Practices GSuite
