As a Private Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and optimising cloud platforms for a major UK client. This role offers a unique blend of technical challenges and client interaction, perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert platform and infrastructure support
Ensure stability, availability, and security of cloud services
Collaborate with service integrators and third-party specialists
Maintain high-quality documentation and adhere to ITIL practices
Manage change and release activities, including patches and upgrades
Handle incidents and risks with precision and timeliness

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field
Microsoft Azure AZ-104 and Office 365 certifications (preferred)

Skills:

Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, VMware, and container technologies
Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server
Knowledge of virtualization, backup solutions, and monitoring platforms
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
